Just as we look after our physical body, it is important that we look after our energy body.

In this workshop we will:
- Discuss our energy body and how it can be affected
- Discover the art of grounding and learn different grounding methods
- Clear our energy body of any unwanted energy and invite back energy that may have been lost
- Learn simple protection methods to strengthen our energy body
- Create a personal energy self-care practise to integrate into daily life
- Receive notes outlining core practises and suggestions for implementation
