Hatha Yoga with Jaslyn

Hatha yoga uses traditional yoga poses for stability in holding to strengthen muscles, breath and meditation to calm the mind for mental wellbeing. It helps to balance and synchronise the mind and body. We would also be working on some of the proper posture and alignment in different poses to get the most benefit from your practice.
Hatha yoga is suitable to beginners and advances practitioners as well.

Join us on the mat and connect with yourself in this 1 hour’s practice.
