Hatha Yoga With Jaslyn
Hatha yoga is a gentle style of physical yoga that consist of a combination of standing and seated postures that stretches and align our muscles gently. There are always muscles that we seldom use, thus, this practice is a good way to awaken and bring awareness to our body or to release and loosen any tension that our body might be having.
In theses sessions, Jaslyn will combine some gentle stretches to warm up the body before going into the poses and a warm down after the session to let your body relax and rejuvenate.
