About the sessions: These sessions are a guided, mindful explorations to help you discover ways to approach your life challenges that generate personal wellbeing, resilience and authenticity. Each session will consist of:
- Opening with a mindful centring exercise
- Exploring a particular mindful theme in a discussion guided and facilitated by Toby
- A concluding mindfulness practice based around the experience of the coaching discussion
Theme for November: Understanding the dynamic power of your observer self – The way in which we observe our life, and the judgments we make continually influence both our actions and the results we experience.
