- Expanding the range of positive states (confidence, acceptance, compassion, centred-ness, harmony etc) that you have available to you so as to maximise the amount of enjoyment, pleasure and energy that you have in your daily life
Each session involves simple practices that you can apply to make a real difference to your well-being and effectiveness in life.
