We would be using wall ropes and props as a fun and interesting way to help enhance traction and alignment of the body in different yoga poses.
The benefit of using ropes are plenty :
-Helps to relieve weight and lengthen your spine and back,
-allow you to go deeper into your poses and extend further compared to doing on a mat,
-Strengthen and build muscles
-help students with inversion and improve blood circulation
-provide support and security as you deepen your stretches
-Longer duration of poses to focus on your breathing techniques
It is suitable for newcomers and seasoned practitioners. Please have your breakfast at least 2-3 hours before the class.
Ladies who are having menstruation are not advised to practice inversion. But, will be guided to do restorative poses instead. Please inform Jaslyn before the class so that she can prepare the props ahead.
