One of the most ancient and effective forms of preventative heath care in the world today, Qi gong represents a series of invaluable breathing and movement exercises that help keep our body, mind and energy at peak levels in the face of today’s demanding and stressful contemporary lifestyle.
The Six Syllable Secret uses six different forms of vowel sound combined with simple breathing and movement techniques in order to clear, balance and energize our bodies major vital organs, as well as the chakra, gland and energy meridians that are associated with that organ.
The essence of this practice is learning to create a complementary vibrational tone between one’s mode of exhaled breath and the frequency of a particular organ and chakra through the usage of six particular syllables.
