In this week’s first pillar of well-being (the body), you will experience a Vinyasa Flow yoga
session with Felicia. The focus will be on:
-The foundation of creating internal awareness,
-A combination of postures connected by breath with a focus on spinal health (Pilates concepts)
-Feeling more grounded, centered and present,
-An energizing, rejuvenating and; strengthening experience.
About the practitioner:
Felicia Kaw is a yoga and Pilates instructor who has been in the fitness industry for more than 15 years teaching groups and doing personal training. She has taught in mega gyms and boutique studios. She teaches various programs from cardio HIIT, dance fitness to mind body programs. She is enthusiastic in helping people find the benefits of fitness beyond the traditional approach. She is also dedicated in guiding her students to practice mindfulness and striving to be a better version of themselves.
