In this special edition of Sound healing, we bring to you, a combination of Gong and Crystal singing bowls Session to reset your being, to find the focus and balance to power yourself through the week/month.

Vibrational Sound healing has been practiced since ancient times. Everything in our universe is made up of vibrations, Gong and Crystal Singing bowls uses their therapeutic sounds and vibrations to ‘wash/bathe’ you in the sound waves that they create.  Though these sounds and vibrations, your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state, and thus bring about healing at the physical, emotional and mental level.

Research has shown that sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning. Each Crystal bowl is different in terms of tones, chakra centers, and healing properties. you may feel the effects in certain areas of your body more than others, but the vibrating sound will travel from your organ throughout your entire energy field to address any imbalance or blockages of the energy channels.

In this session, Johnson would be working his magic with his gongs and In this session, Jaslyn would be playing her 8 Singing bowls, the Triple Heart Morganite and Emerald Alchemy Bowl, the Mother of Platinum Alchemy Bowl, the Platinum Alchemy Bowl, the Ocean Indium Alchemy Bowl, a Yagna Alchemy Bowl, a Morganite and Platinum Alchemy Bowl, and a frosted Throat Chakra during the session. We will practice breathing mindfulness/pranayama for 15mins before commencing on a 60mins sound therapy.

Participants will be lying down on yoga mats during the session. Please bring along your eye mask, shawl/Jacket as the room might get cold.

Reconnect with your body, relax, recharge and rejuvenate and calm yourself from the hustle and bustle from your everyday life and immerse in the delightful tones and healing vibrations from the Gong and the Crystal Singing Bowls.

About the Facilitators :

Jaslyn was introduced to Reiki in Oct 2013 and is a Usui Reiki Teacher. She received her training under Elaine Grundy, the founder of The Reiki Centre, Singapore. Reiki helped her find the necessary balance in a hectic work environment – Jaslyn was a Logistics Officer in a local manufacturing company. The active practice of Reiki has also played a big part in her personal growth. In 2015, Jaslyn resigned from her corporate job to pursue a holistic career as a Reiki teacher/healer as she saw how Reiki had transformed and benefitted her and her family.

Aside from group classes, Jaslyn also offers private Reiki healing sessions and Reiki Sound healing at One Heart. She integrates these sessions with her Alchemy crystal singing bowls, which further aids healing at a deeper, and harmonised level.

She is passionate about passing on the teachings of Reiki to others and helping them in their journey of self-healing, self-discovery, self-empowerment, and finding their inner peace to deal with a hectic lifestyle.

Jaslyn believes that it is never too late to learn a new skill, and at any point in your life. It is about having the trust and faith in yourself, to take the first step. She believes that everything that you experience in your life is not by chance – they all happen for a reason. Her role as a teacher/healer is to guide you on your journey, to empower you to heal yourself and others with light, love, and compassion.

Johnson is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Reiki level 3 Practitioner. He hold regular Kundalini Yoga classes at One Heart every Sunday morning. His approach to teaching is to empower and impart his knowledge to all his students without any barriers and in a safe and grounded manner. One can always find healing and calmness in his presence.
