Chromosomes are inside each cell in your body, in the nucleus. It is tightly coiled DNA that carries your genetic information in the form of genes.
ALL your genetic information is in a Chromosome – and there is a chromosome inside every cell in your body!
Telomeres are DNA ‘caps’ at ends of chromosomes. Chromosomes duplicate themselves over and over in our lifetime.
Telomeres – the caps on the ends – protect the chromosomes (our genetic information) from deteriorating.
What scientists have discovered is that Telomeres do shorten during our lifespan AND there is a direct link that shortened Telomeres are responsible for age-related diseases, including organ deterioration and an impaired immune system. And as a reminder – our brain constantly sends communication signals to our body, telling it what to do and how to function.
By consciously lengthening our Telomeres in meditation, we inform our Chromosomes – our Telomeres – to stay healthy, strong, and vibrant!
This is an important key in maintaining our YOUTH & VITALITY!
While we use the word ‘meditation,’ this is actually an energy INVOCATION and ACTIVATION for our endocrine system and our Telomeres.
The Pineal Gland is the ‘Master Command Center’ for our body and we will be actively sending our YOUTHING INTENTION through this area.
