We are living in a time of great change on this planet, and new skills are required. The ability to keep yourself centred and balanced is becoming a priority. Anxiety, stress and depression are on the rise.
There are also many new physical conditions to deal with both for ourselves and our families. Allergies, sensitivities and of course all of those “labels” like ADD that are becoming more prevalent amongst our kids.
Western medicine can only help to a certain extent as it deals mainly with the symptoms without addressing the cause of many of these conditions. It basically ignores the life force energy that eastern systems (and the ancient teachings) are based on. This energy powers our system and is the basis of our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The good news is that this time of change is bringing a much needed shift of consciousness to our planet, and working with this life force (ki, chi, prana) is one of the keys to thriving in this new world.

JSJ can be applied by a trained practitioner and can also be used in a self help capacity.
Your practitioner can advise the best self help for you, or you can attend a self help class to learn about the toolbox of healing techniques available for you and your family. No attunement is necessary. You already have this innate healing ability just waiting to be tapped in to.
