About One Heart :

One Heart is home to a community of like-minded teachers working together towards a common vision to self-empower individuals. We teach and practice different modalities and techniques; from mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, breathworks, Reiki, to yoga, and Jin Shin Jyutsu.

We hold regular monthly gatherings to introduce you to different teachers, techniques, and modalities as well as regular workshops and classes featuring our teachers’ specialties. We also have in-house therapies and coaching to support you in your growth.
