Important Notes :

In view of the current situation, we are practising social distancing. Only limited spaces would be available for every session.

Please scan the SafeEntry QR code at the entrance when entering/exiting the center. We are also taking temperatures of every participant before the session, so please make sure you arrive 10mins earlier for the session you have signed up for.

If you or your close family members are on quarantine order, back from overseas 14 days before the session, or if you are feeling unwell, having signs/symptoms of fever, cough, flu etc., please refrain from signing up/attending the session. If you have signed up for any session but is feeling unwell and unable to attend, please inform the trainer as soon as you can.

One Heart is home to a community of like-minded teachers working together towards a common vision to self-empower individuals. We teach and practice different modalities and techniques; from mindfulness, meditation and Reiki, to yoga, hypnotherapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu.

We hold regular monthly gatherings to introduce you to different teachers, techniques, and ways of thinking, as well as regular workshops and classes featuring our teachers’ specialties. We also have in-house therapies and coaching to support you in your growth.
