Crystal Singing bowls Sound Healing

There are several elements to the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls that make them incredibly suited for meditation and sound healing purposes. Studies have also shown that the human mind reacts positively to the sound, tones and vibration of Singing bowls.

The addition of metals or gemstones to the Alchemy Crystal Bowls adds another dimension to the sound. The alchemy elements subtly alter the sound by dampening or filtering the pure crystal sound for a similar range of effects.

Each of these elements on their own has beneficial effects to human psychology. The Crystal Singing Bowls take all these different elements, each with positive effects, and integrate them into a single, holistic system to promote health and emotional well-being.

In a Sound healing session, the crystal singing bowls would be played in symphony, and may be followed by one or a few of the bowls being played at the same time to silent intervals in between to let the healing energy integrate in your body.

Sessions are generally 45 mins with 15mins of discussion/debrief.

The Crystal Bowls then channel vibrational energy into the body to heal in a cellular and crystalline level, which allow unlimited healing energy from within and addresses any imbalances or blockages of the energy channels.
