This YOUTHING invocation connects into the DNA of your cells, the Chromosomes and the Telomeres caps in each of our cells in the body.

ALL your genetic information is in a Chromosome – and there is a chromosome inside every cell in your body!
Telomeres are DNA ‘caps’ at ends of chromosomes. Chromosomes duplicate themselves over and over in our lifetime.
Telomeres – the caps on the ends – protect the chromosomes (our genetic information) from deteriorating.

What scientists have discovered is that Telomeres do shorten during our lifespan AND there is a direct link that shortened Telomeres are responsible for age-related diseases, including organ deterioration and an impaired immune system.

And as a reminder – our brain constantly sends communication signals to our body, telling it what to do and how to function.
By consciously lengthening our Telomeres in meditation, we inform our Chromosomes – our Telomeres – to stay healthy, strong, and vibrant!
